Computer Education

The intention behind having this program is to bring reduction in the digital divide that is ever so much increasing between the haves and have nots. The program concentrates at the most basic level of computer infrastructural needs to sustainable use of the trainings and equipments. Under this program, you as a volunteer can help us take computers to these backward communities. You could also participate in teaching the community people to use these equipments for their benefit. If you cannot find time for the training you could only concentrate on providing of the computers. Some volunteers will find a way to donate computers to the community while others will find themselves participating in the training. Also some volunteers will find themselves helping the community to find a way to utilize these computers donated to them.

While participating in this program you will be a part of a real story which you truly wrote yourself. Watching a community start from a scratch and later grow on the strengths you have given to them is what will make you go for this program. As an ingredient to a development process you will have a rewarding experience. When back home you have something to tell to your friends. Oh, at least you could make some difference.

Purely motivated by what results we both could arrive at we are looking for as many participants as possible into this program. There is so less computer penetration in Nepal and forget about a village having one. Technology we believe isn't a privilege to have but a necessity. So, let's work together and make some difference.
